Every day during the week Mommy and I get out at least once or else she goes crazy. This is what our typical week looks like (we also try to visit Nona and Papa on one of these days):
Mondays- trip to the grocery store and other errands.
Tuesdays- playgroup with neighbors in the morning and Kindermusik class in the afternoon.
Wednesdays- another playgroup (usually at the pool) and lunch with Mommy's friends' kids.
Thursdays- gym with Mommy for her cycle class.
Fridays- storytime at the library.

My Exorcist Voice
As most of you know, Mommy is a speech pathologist. She works diligently on developing my language skills. I am understanding a whole lot, but she really wants my expressive language to grow. Unfortunately, some of my vocalizations include imitations of that Regan from The Exorcist. I find it a lot of fun, but Mommy says that it promotes vocal nodules. Whatever that is, it tastes great with pancakes.

Busy Saturday
We had a really busy weekend, but don't worry, I didn't miss a nap. Saturday morning we went to Jackson D's 3rd birthday party (he's so big that I thought he was four) at Celebration Park in Allen. I have grown to love the water, and there was this really cool spray park that I was really excited about . . . until I crawled over to one area and a big bucket of water dumped on me. That was it for me.
Later that afternoon we went to Nona and Papa's house to celebrate Papa's birthday (it was on the 8th- the same day as Chopper's birthday, but he didn't get to come). I played with my cousins again and got snacks from Aunt Mimi and Uncle Sam (they know how to make me come around).

Independence Day
For the Fourth of July, we stopped by the Tucker's house again for another holiday party by their pool. As soon as we got there I was very hungry and I never quite finished snacking on all the food. But I was able to enjoy some time in the pool with Daddy . . .
Watch others swim . . .
Play with some friends . . .
Do some gardening . . .
And taste dirt for the first time . . .

Learning to have responsibilities
My parents are always trying to teach me something. They are slowly making me pull my own weight around the house (Daddy cannot wait until I'm old enough to safely push a lawnmower). Whenever we get home, Mommy has me get Chopper out of his crate. Although I don't understand why he can't come with us when we go out, I am happy to see him when we get back. Sometimes I tease him and try to play with him for a while before I let him out, but eventually I set him free.
(If you listen very closely toward the end, I look up at Mommy and quietly "play" something for her).
