Fun with My Big Brother

When I was young, Chopper didn't pay much attention to me and vice-versa. Now, he and I love to play together. I throw him the ball and he fetches it, we chase each other around the house, and we often roll around on the floor together. Sometimes when he feels lazy and doesn't want to play, I get mad and scream at him (one of the few times I can get away with screaming without having to go to "quiet time") while he just lays there staring at me. Nevertheless, he's a great big brother and I hope to be one too one day . . . as long as I don't have to share my mommy.

Happy Father's Day!

Mommy forgot her camera at home (shocking, I know) so I don't have any pictures of our Father's Day outing with the Hoge family. We went to Plano's new Muehlenbeck Center and had a ton of fun in the water "park". You can follow the link above to check it out, but just a warning- the site doesn't have any cute pictures of me anywhere.

Afterwards we had dinner at Nona and Papa's house and celebrated Gavin's 2nd birthday along with Father's Day. I didn't eat anything for dinner because I didn't want to spoil my appetite for the birthday cake.

Back from Cabo

My folks got back from their trip Monday night. I was so excited when Mommy came through the door, I yelled "Daddy"! I had a great time getting spoiled by Nona and Papa, but from what I hear my parents had a better time.

They stayed at one of those all-inclusive resorts with all their drinks included, so I bet that they drank a lot of milk there (two of the mommies were pregnant so they probably drank more milk than the others). Daddy got scuba certified before they left and went on four dives in Cabo. On his third dive he went down 125 feet which is not a depth for beginners- he was nervous but he loved it. He got to swim in this channel running between the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez under the tip of the Baja Peninsula on his last dive. Even though Mommy used SPF 55 and tried to stay in the shade, she still came back darker (but she was trying to avoid something called wrinkles). Mostly during the day they all hung out at the swim-up bar which Mommy coined the "pee pool" (I do not get that since I thought that you can do that in all pools). At night, they ate and drank more juice. But I'm guessing that the entire time they talked about me.

Check out some of the silly dads (including mine) "surfing." Most days that they were there, the tides were so rough that the red warning flags were up on the beach (that didn't really stop them though).
